Sleep
From, An Academic Retreat:
I get up at 5:30 a.m., get dressed and take the dog for a walk around my neighborhood. Then I come home, work out for an hour, shower, read six newspapers and head to the office by 7:30 a.m.
That's Donna Shalala, President of the University of Miami and a former Clinton administration cabinet secretary. I'm still asleep while she's doing all of this. Good lord, she also speaks Arabic, Farsi, English and a little French. She's been around 32 yrs longer than me, so perhaps when I'm older I'll be speaking multiple languages and getting stuff done before 7:30am.
